1. You need 1 cup of Chopped Pecans.
2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Melted Butter.
3. You need 4 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
4. You need 2 of Large Eggs.
5. You need 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
6. Prepare 2 tbsp of Honey.
7. You need 1 pinch of Cinnamon.
8. It’s 2 packages of Filo Tart Shells.

Mini Pecan Pie Tarts instructions

1. Set aside tart shells and pecans. 2 packages of tart shells yields 30 tarts and can be found in the freezer section of your grocery store..
2. Blend all other ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
3. Add pecans to mixture and mix well.
4. Arrange tart shells on baking sheet and fill with mixture.
5. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Let cool for roughly 20 minutes of more.
