- And i use for this recipe yufka Pastry.. You can also use phyllo too.. And you need a glass little bit water…
- Wet a little bit the yufka and Put a little bit of our cheese mix into the middle but leave a border…
- Fold the corners into the middle…
- And roll it to the top and Wet the top a little bit and roll it to the end…
- At the end i just have 9 pieces…
- Put the oil into the pan and on medium head and fry these for 1-3 Minutes or until it's Brown at the side…
- Fry every 4 sides until browned and crunshy…
- Drain it on a paper towel…
- And seeeerve.. :).
