- You need 1/3 c. of Shortening.
- It’s 1/4 c. of Butter.
- You need 1/8 c. of Sugar.
- You need of filling.
- Prepare 4 of Eggs.
- It’s 1 of Egg white (Optional).
- Prepare 1 c. of Evap milk.
- It’s 3/4 c. of Water.
- It’s 1/4 c. of Condensed milk.
- Prepare 3/4 c. of Powdered Milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of Vanilla.
- Prepare 1/2 c. of Sugar.
- It’s 1 Tbsp. of Cornstarch.
Simply Egg Pie step by step
- Pre heat the oven 350 F prepare a 9' pie pan.
- For the Crust: Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in fat. Bind with water….
- Chill. Roll out dough. Fit in pie. Flute the edge.
- Bake the Crust for 350 F. 20 minutes..
- For the filling: Combine all the ingredients. Except egg white. Beat it until peak blend into the mixture..
- Pour into the pie shell. Rest….
- And another 1 hour at 275 F..
