- You need 24 oz of can pineapple chunks.
- It’s 1 packages of coconut flakes.
- You need 2 of ripe bananas.
In separate bowl,mix eggs,oil,banana,vanilla& pineapple until well combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients,stir just until moistened. This pie full of custard is generously topped with banana slices dipped in lemon juice and crushed pineapple. Then it's completely covered with a fluffy whipped topping.
