  2. Prepare 1 of small cauliflower head.
  3. You need 1 of brinjal.
  4. It’s 2 of potatoes.

  1. Cut all the vegetables in equal cubes..
  2. In a pot add oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste and saute for 2 mins then add salt and pepper..
  3. When pastes leave oil add all the cut vegetables and fry for another minute then add chicken stock and vegetables to get tender, when tender add corn flour slurry(corn flour+water) and simmer for 2 more mins then serve with naan or rice..
