- You need 4 of egg whites.
- You need of icing sugar1cup.
- It’s of venilla essence1tsp.
- Prepare of food colours as required.
Rainbow Meringue step by step
- Beat egg whites till foamy.
- Add icing sigar and beat.
- Add essence and beat.
- Fill in piping bag with mixture.
- Make lines of food colours on the sides of bag.
- Pipe on greased and floured baking tray.
- Bake on 100 centigrade for one and half hour.
