  1. You need 2 cup of flour.
  2. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
  4. You need 1 cup of curd.
  5. It’s 2 tablespoon of oil.
  6. You need 1 of chopped capsicum.
  7. It’s 1 of chopped onion.
  8. It’s 1 of chopped tomato.
  9. Prepare 1 of big spoon corns.
  10. It’s of Paneer cubes(small).
  11. You need of Pizza sauce.
  12. It’s of Grated cheese.
  13. You need to taste of Salt.
  14. You need of Black pepper.
  15. You need of Oregano.
  16. It’s of Chilly flakes.

Healthy Pizza instructions

  1. Take 2 cup flour in a bowl. Add baking powder and baking soda. Knead the dough with curd. Add 1 tablespoon oil to smoothen the dough….
  2. Leave this dough for 45 minutes for fermentation..
  3. Heat the pan. Put 1 tablespoon oil to saute the chopped veggies. Saute it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add salt and black pepper according to taste… Switch off the flame and cover it with lid..
  4. Now after 45 minutes check ur dough.. Make big round balls.. Roll dough out in 12 inches circle… Puncture it with a fork…
  5. Take non stick pan. Pre heat it. Put rolled chapati on it. Cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame..
  6. Now base is ready. Spread pizza sauce on the base.. Spread grated cheese… Spread veggies.. Again spread grated cheese..
  7. Grill it in microwave for 10 minutes…
  8. Pizza is ready.. Put some oregano and chilly flakes to add flavour…
  9. Serve it hot with ketchup and juice…
