1. Prepare 1 piece of Sourdough Bread (Toasted).
2. You need 1/2 of Avocado (Smashed).
3. It’s 1 of Large Egg (poached).
4. You need of Balsamic Glaze to drizzle (optional).

1. Toast bread depending on how you like it..
2. Bring pot of water to a boil, then reduce heat to a rolling simmer. Crack egg into a small cup, stir water to create a vortex and slowly pour egg into the water. Cook for 3-4 minutes then remove with a slotted spoon..
3. Top the toast with 1/2 smashed avocado and the poached egg. Drizzle with some balsamic glaze!.
