Vanilla Cake (baking sheet size) step by step

1. All dry ingredients together and sift OR if powerful blender available e.g. Thermomix : Speed 7 for 10sec.
2. Whisk wet ingredients together at lowest speed.
3. Add dry to wet and whisk at low speed for a short time of max 1min.
4. 175C 40 minutes middle rack.
5. Let completely cool.
