Ingredients of Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

1. It’s 2 cups of all purpose flour.
2. Prepare 2/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
3. It’s 1 of and1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
4. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
5. It’s 3 of eggs.
6. Prepare 1 of and 2/3 cups sugar.
7. You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
8. You need 1 cup of mayonnaise.
9. Prepare 1 of and 1/3 cup water.

Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla, mayonnaise and water) til well blended..
3. Add baking powder, baking soda and sugar til well blended..
4. Slowly add flour and cocoa and blend thoroughly. (Don't panic, the mixture is a little on the thin side).
5. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean..
6. Add your favorite frosting. I made peanut butter frosting for this one..
