- It’s 1/4 cup of veg. Oil.
- You need 1/2 cup of Evaporated milk.
- You need 3/4 cup of water.

- Combine all ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth..
- Prepare the molds then put the Puto Pao filling and puto mixture..
- Steam for about 10 minutes to 15 minutes. And it’s done..
