  2. Prepare 5 of egg yolks.
  3. You need 1 of egg.
  4. You need 60 grams of vegetable oil.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
  6. Prepare 90 grams of cake flour.
  7. It’s of durian puree.
  8. You need 100 grams of durian.
  9. Prepare 85 grams of milk.
  10. Prepare of meringue.
  11. It’s 5 of egg whites.
  12. You need 80 grams of castor sugar.
  13. You need 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar.

Durian Ogura Cake step by step

  1. Blend milk and durian puree until smooth.
  2. Beat egg yolk. Whole egg. Veg oil. Salt. And last add in durian puree. Beat till fluffy and light. Fold in cake flour.
  3. Beat egg white n cream of tartar. Add in sugar slowly in 2-3 batches. Beat till firm peak.
  4. Take 1/3 portion of meringue to mix well with Egg yolk mixture. Then fold in the rest of meringue with big stapula to the mixture..
  5. Lined the baking paper n grease the side of an 8" tin..
  6. Pour in the mixture and bake 150°c for 35 min and 140°c for 25min.
  7. Once baked. Remove from oven and drop the tin from 10cm high to release the hot air. Cool 10 min and remove cake fm tin. Serve when it is cool.
