Cream of spinach soup step by step
- Wash and cut your spinach.
- In a large pot over medium heat,sweet the onion with butter.
- Add potatoes,stock and bring to book for 20min until potatoes are tender.
- Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach tender.
- Cool the mixture,then transfer to food processor or blender until very smooth.
- Return your soup in a boul,add milk and season with salt and pepper and serve it hot.
