- add all or enough flour to form a soft dough.
- knead until smooth.
- roll out very thin.
- cut into diamond shapes.
- cut slit in center of each diamond.
- pull one end thru each slit.
- fry in oil until light brown.
- drain, then dust with powdered sugar.
