Ingredients of Sweet Onion and Cheddar Pie

1. It’s of crushed ritz crackers.
2. Prepare of sweet onions.
3. You need of bacon.
4. You need of butter melted(for crust).
5. You need of butter(to cook onions).
6. It’s of cheddar.
7. Prepare of eggs.
8. It’s of milk.
9. Prepare of salt.
10. You need of pepper.
11. You need of paprika.

Sweet Onion and Cheddar Pie instructions

1. Mix ritz crumbs and melted butter and press into a 8" pie pan.
2. In a large pan cook bacon..
3. Remove bacon and cook onion in the same pan with butter until transparent..
4. Stir in crumbled bacon and pour into pie pan over ritz crust..
5. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese, and paprika..
6. Bake at 350° for 30 min..
7. Serve hot..
