Puff pasty pizza step by step
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Roll out the pastry and cut in half. Lightly score about 1cm from the edge..
- Simmer the pasatta until it has reduced to half the volume – this takes about 10-15 minutes. Add the Italian herbs and pepper..
- Chop up all the vegetables into thin slices.
- Cover the pastry with pasatta, keeping the 1cm margin free..
- Grate the mozzarella onto the pizza bases..
- Layer the veg in any combination you want. If using Parma ham or rocket then don’t add these before cooking..
- Cook in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes..
