Chicken Pasta Pizza.
Ingredients of Chicken Pasta Pizza
- It’s 200 gm of pasta.
- It’s 150 gm of minced chicken at room temperature.
- It’s 6-8 of broccoli florets.
- Prepare 5-6 of button mushrooms halved.
- It’s 200 gm of grated mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare 100 gm of grated parmesan cheese.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped finely.
- It’s 4-5 of garlic pearls chopped finely.
- You need 1 tablespoon of butter for cooking + 1 teaspoon for greasing.
- It’s 50 grams of sweet corn kernels.
- Prepare 20 gm of sliced/halved black olives.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of oregano powder.
- You need 2 tablespoon of red pasta sauce.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of white pasta sauce.
- You need as needed of Water.
- You need 1 teaspoon of oil.
Chicken Pasta Pizza instructions
- Cook the pasta using a teaspoon oil until tender. Strain them and keep aside.
- Cook/boil the broccoli and sweet corn until tender. Strain and keep aside.
- Melt the butter in a non stick pan and sauté the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the chicken mince and red pasta sauce and cook covered on Low heat until chicken is tender/cooked.
- Further add the broccoli and mushrooms. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Finish by adding grated parmesan. Mix and take off heat.
- Grease a baking dish with 1 teaspoon butter and tranfer the cooked chicken pasta in the dish.
- Level well and add half the sweet corn and olives.
- Cover well with grated mozzarella and throw in the remaining sweet corn and olives.
- Microwave or bake at 160 degrees celcius until the cheese melts. Let cool off for a while..
- Slice/ scoop and serve hot. Enjoy!!.
