Ingredients of Veg. Italian Pizza
- Prepare of Pizza Bread – Ingredients.
- It’s 2 cups of Whole Flour.
- You need 3/4 cup of Luke-warm Water.
- You need 1 tsp of Sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of Dry Yeast.
- You need 3 tbsp of Oil.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Pizza Sauce – Ingredients.
- It’s 500 gram of Tomatoes.
- You need as needed of Finely Chopped Onions.
- You need 1Pinch of Ajwain.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- It’s 1 tsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Corn Flour.
- It’s as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Veggies for Making Pizza.
- It’s 1each of Capsicums/Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Green).
- Prepare as needed of Black Olives.
- Prepare as needed of Cheese.

- To prepare the Pizza-sauce: Boil the tomatoes, as it gets cool, crush and strain well. Heat some oil in sauce pan, sauté onions with ajwain for 5 min. and add all the other ingredients later. Mix some corn flour in tomato stock and add it to sauce. This will thicken the sauce quickly..
