Ingredients of Double Decker Wheat Base Pizza
- You need 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare 2 tsp of vegetable oil.
- It’s 1/2 cup of curd.
- It’s 1 cup of Veggies like( capsicum, tomato, onion).
- You need 1/2 cup of Mozarella cheese.
- You need 1/2 cup of Processed cheese.
- It’s 3 tsp of Pizza sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of Oregano.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes.
Double Decker Wheat Base Pizza instructions
- Take a parat add flour,add bp,bs and oil and crumble it..
- Now add curd gradually and make a dough.And keep it rest for 15 minutes..
- Now we are cooking without oven so preheat the wok with stand in it for 10 minutes at medium flame..
- Now knead a dough again znd divide it in to two parts and roll one ball it in to thin base and prick it with fork..
- Now take a greased plate and keep this base in it and cook it in a wok for 10 minutes at low medium flame with covered lid..
- Now for double decker pizza base.I roll another left over dough in to big thin base and prick it with fork.Put this base in a greased plate and apply cheese sauce or simply put mozarella cheese.Now our another cooked base is ready and put it on the uncooked pizzabase.And simply seal from all sides..
- Now apply pizza sauce on it and put some mozarella cheese and put veggies on it.I used thinly sliced onion,capsicum, tomatoes,corns,olives.Then add more mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it..
- Now preheat the wok again on high heat and keep this plate in a wok and cook it for 15 minutes at low medium flame or until base gets crispy and cheese melts..
- Our yummilicious healthy double decker pizza is ready to serve hot.Enjoyπππ₯°π.
