Ingredients of Whole Wheat Pizza
- You need 1 cup of wheat flour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
- You need 1/4 tsp of salt.
- You need 1/2 cup of curd.
- It’s 1/2 cup of chopped Cabbage and green capsicum.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes.
- Prepare as required of Some homemade cheese.
- You need 2 tsp of tomato sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of Chilli and soya sauce.
- It’s 2tsp of ghee.
Whole Wheat Pizza step by step
- Mix flour baking powder baking soda and salt make a soft dough with curd Knead it for 5 mins.
- Apply oil and rest it for 1/2 hrs.
- After 1/2 hrs Knead it for 2 mins make it's 2 ball flatten it with roller pin and make hole with folk preheat a kadhai for 10 mins put stand put base in plate and put it in Preheated kadhai for 10 mins in low flame.
- Take out it and cool it completely.
- I don't have pizza sauce so I made it in home.
- For pizza sauce mix tomato sauce Chilli sauce and soya sauce and some chilli flacks apply 1 spn ghee in then pizza sauce add Chopped veggies and homemade cheese some drops of. Homemade sauce and ghee.
- Heat tawa bake it for 10 mins in slow flame.
