Ingredients of Whole Wheat Bachelor Bachelorette Pizza
- It’s of Pizza Dough.
- You need 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of curd.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/8 tsp of baking soda.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- It’s To taste of Salt.
- You need of Pizza sauce.
- You need 3 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 5-7 of chopped basil.
- It’s 2 tbsp of ketchup.
- It’s 1 tbsp of chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 tbsp of oregano.
- It’s 1/4 cup of chopped onions.
- It’s 5-6 of garlic cloves minced.
- It’s 1 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder(optional).
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- It’s of Veggies.
- You need 1/3 cup of onion and capsicum.
- Prepare of Cheese.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Grated Amul cheese.
- You need of Garnishing.
- You need 1 tsp of Oregano.
- You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
Whole Wheat Bachelor Bachelorette Pizza step by step
- Pizza dough: Take a bowl and add the wheat flour, baking powder & baking soda..
- Then add salt, oil & curd (add curd in parts). *Note: don’t add water..
- Knead it well, cover it with a damp cloth & keep it aside for 15 minutes..
- Pre heating the Kadhai: take a kadhai, add salt and place a small utensil on top of it. And cover it on low-medium flame..
- Meanwhile the Kadhai is preheating we will roll the dough..
- Knead the dough again, roll it and prick it using a fork & transfer into oil brushed plate..
- Once the Kadhai is heated, place the plate on it, cover and let the dough cook well from both the sides..
- Pizza sauce: Make a slit X on top of the tomatoes..
- Then boil it, peel and make a purée..
- In a Kadhai, add butter/oil, chopped onion and garlic and sauté it well..
- Add the purée, all the spices mentioned above..
- Add ketchup and cook well. Once you get the consistency let it cool down..
- Lastly, transfer to a glass jar or bowl. *NOTE: Use glass jar or bowl only. Lasts for a week in the refrigerator..
- Assembling the pizza: Now add the sauce, veggies, cheese, chilli flakes & oregano..
- Again cover & cook it (the cheese will melt too). *Note: don’t do it in high flame*.
- Then take it out and garnish with more flakes and oregano and serve it hot! Enjoy:).
