Ingredients of Rainbow Chana Chaat
- You need 2 cups of boiled chick peas.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of beetroot juice.
- You need 2 tbsp of spinach puree.
- You need 4 tbsp of black tea.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of zeera powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of amchur powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
- It’s Pinch of green colour.
- Prepare For of chaat:.
- You need 2 of boiled potatoes.
- It’s Handful of chopped coriander & mint leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of zeera powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s As required of Salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
- You need 2 tbsp of sweet chutney.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- It’s 1 tbsp of green chutney.
Rainbow Chana Chaat step by step
- Divide the boiled chana into 4 equal parts i.e 1/2 cup each. For the 1st part in a bowl take beetroot juice & add 1/2 cup chana to it. Give it a mix & let it soak for 30 minutes. This will give pink colour..
- In another bowl take 1/2 cup boiled chana & add 4 tbsp black tea, jeera powder, chaat masala & amchur & soaked in it for 30 minutes. This will give dark brown colour..
- In another bowl take 1/2 cup boiled chana. Add spinach puree & green colour. Let it soak for 30 minutes & we will get our green chana. The other leftover 1/2 cup we will use as it is..
- In a bowl add chana, boiled potatoes, chopped mint & Coriander, salt, chaat masala, red chilli, pepper, jeera powder, lemon juice & some imli gur chutney. Give it all a mix. Sprinkle some chilli flakes & green chutney. Our colorful Rainbow Chaat is ready..
