Ingredients of Rainbow Vegetables
- It’s 2 of carrots.
- Prepare 1 of small cauliflower head.
- You need 1 of brinjal.
- It’s 2 of potatoes.
- You need 1 of zuchhini.
- You need 200 g of peas.
- You need 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
- It’s 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of green chilli paste.
- It’s of Totaste salt.
- You need of Totaste blackpepper.
- You need 4 cups of chicken stock(yakhni).
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need 3 tbsp of cornflour.
Rainbow Vegetables step by step
- Cut all the vegetables in equal cubes..
- In a pot add oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste and saute for 2 mins then add salt and pepper..
- When pastes leave oil add all the cut vegetables and fry for another minute then add chicken stock and vegetables to get tender, when tender add corn flour slurry(corn flour+water) and simmer for 2 more mins then serve with naan or rice..
