Tater Tot Casserole Anleitung

1. Pre heat oven to 375°.
2. Brown the beef in a large skillet, season with salt and pepper. You may add garlic salt as well.
3. Roughly chop onion, then sautee.
4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, 1-1/2 cups of cheese. Add 1 can of milk (use the can from the cream of mushroom soup).
5. Add beef, and onions to the cream of mushroom soup mixture. Mix until well combined.
6. Add smoked paprika, stir 10 times.
7. Add frozen tater tots to the mixture.
8. Pour everything into a 11×13 baking dish.
9. Top the casserole with the remaining cheese.
10. Cover casserole with tin foil and cook for 45 minutes.
11. After cooking for 45 minutes remove tin foil and bake another 45-60 minutes. (This cook time is high but remember the cooking temperature is pretty low for a tater tot casserole).
12. After cooking remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then enjoy :).
