- You need 1 of –9 inch pie crust.
- You need 3 tbsp of butter.
- It’s 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped pecans.
- It’s 2 tsp of cinnamon.
Pear Nut Tart instructions
- preheat oven to 350°F.
- poke pie crust with fork to prevent crust from bubbling up.
- slice pears and arrange in crust.
- sprinkle flour over pears.
- scatter pecans over pears.
- sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
- dab butter all over top..
- bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden and top is bubbly..
