Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound them to an even 1/2-inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Set Up Breading Stations: Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
