Ingredients of Cream Caramel
- You need of Mixture A:.
- You need 7 pcs of eggs.
- You need 2 of small spoon vinegar.
- Prepare 2 of small spoon cardamum powder.
- Prepare 1 of small spoon safron.
- It’s 1 of small spoon vanilla essence/powder.
- You need of Mixture B:.
- Prepare 2 cups of milk powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 4 cups of water.
- Prepare of Caramel:.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
Cream Caramel instructions
- Put all ingredients of mixture A in a blender then blend it until the mixture become water..
- In a bowl,put all mixture B,stir it well then add the mixture A. Mix it good,.
- Caramel,, in a hot pot put sugar then bring it to the fire,let it melt while stiring continuesly until it will become brown..
- Then put the caramel in a round baking pan. Then throw the mixture..
- In deep baking pan,put hot water then put the tray have mixtured. Put in maximum heat 280°c, 45 minutes to 1 hour..
- If finish,keep it outside till become cold then put inside the refregirator for 6 hours or more..
