Ingredients of Ragu
- Es ist 1000 kg of lean minced beef.

Ragu Anleitung
- First of all brown the meat! On a medium heat in a large pan..
- Whilst the meat is browning, dice the onions.
- Then the garlic and add to the pan..
- Chop the mushroom and add!.
- Then the carrots..
- Celery…. add.
- Chop the peppers and add to the pan, stir well!.
- Next add the tomatoes..
- Stir add the wine and stock..
- Throw in the spices, add a lid! Turn the hob down to a low simmer! Stir regularly to prevent it from sticking..
- After over 1 and a half hours take of the lid and reduce! Taste to check for seasoning!.
- Let it simmer for as long as possible! Serve!.
