- You need 75 grams of cooked Spaghetti.
- You need 85 grams of Soya mince.
- It’s 500 grams of Mushrooms (sliced).
- It’s 2 of cloves of Garlic (minced).
- It’s 2 tsp of Italian Seasoning.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Olive Oil.
- Prepare of Topping (Optional).
- It’s 40 grams of Feta.
- Prepare 40 grams of Grated Cheddar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 dash of Thyme leaves.
- It’s dash of more Olive Oil.

- Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated..
